14-Day Return Policy
TradeZone SG Pte. Ltd. offers a 14-day return policy for eligible items. Here’s what you need to know:
Eligible Items:
- Once a sale is completed, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted. All sales are final.
- Faulty items will be replaced within the specified warranty period.
- Brand new game titles, whether sealed or unsealed, are not eligible for exchanges or refunds. Pre-owned discs come with a ONE WEEK (7-day) shop warranty from the purchase date. We reserve the right to deny any exchange or refund if the pre-owned disc is returned in an unplayable condition due to mishandling.
Return Process:
- Contact TradeZone Customer Service via +65 8777 7871 or email contactus@tradezone.sg within 14 days of purchase to initiate your return.
- Upon approval, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s).
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible.
- Ship the item(s) back to TradeZone SG Pte. Ltd. at your expense.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, TradeZone SG Pte. Ltd. will issue a full refund for the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs) within 14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Important Notes:
- TradeZone SG Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the above criteria.
- TradeZone SG Pte. Ltd. is not liable for any issues arising after the purchase of a title. This includes situations where computer systems do not meet minimum requirements, online billing problems, region incompatibility, or any other technical difficulties beyond our control.
- We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page.
