We partner with EasyParcel to ensure your orders are delivered swiftly and securely.
Here’s how it works:
- Order Confirmation: Once you place your order, we prepare it for dispatch.
- Address Submission: Your delivery address is sent to EasyParcel.
- Pickup: EasyParcel collects your order from our warehouse when it’s ready.
- Tracking Notification: EasyParcel sends you an SMS with tracking details.
- Delivery: Your order is delivered to your specified address.
EasyParcel will send you an SMS with a tracking link once your order is picked up. You can use this link to see the status and estimated delivery time of your order.
Once your order is processed and handed over to EasyParcel, changing the delivery address is generally not possible. If you need to make a change, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders within Singapore are delivered within 1-3 business days.
